Perfect for fans of Maeve Binchy'- Candis

Hell Reader, Guess what? I 'm falling in love! With Mack McAfee.

My baby daughter, Noelle, and I have been living next door to Mack since the spring. I 'm still a little sceptica about our elationship, because I have n't always made good decisions when it comes to wome. My aby 's father, David Rhodes, is testament to that. I 'm so worried he might sue for custody.

In the meanwhil, the World War II letters I found are a wonderful distraction. Both Riley and I are trying to learn what happened to the soldier who wrote them and the oman he loved. Come by sometime for a glass of iced tea and I 'll show you the letters.

Plus I 'll tell you the latest about Grace and Olivia, my brother Linc and his father, Lori ( who tied the knot about five inutes after they met!), and all our other mutual friends. Oh, and maybe Mack can join us…. Mary Jo Wyse

It really pulled me out of the tal -- and got to be irritating -- that every time a character appeared, the story stops, and the author reviews who they are and what has happened to them in the last nine books.

They will always come around if you stalk them long enough and force them to have conversations with you that go nowhere because neither of you can communicate your true feelings ( everyone in town, most specifically in this book Mary Jo and Mack, Christie and James) .6.

If you 're an old fashioned kind of guy, you should n't bother with a real courtship or meeting the arents of the girl you marry.

You should marry her after knowing her for two seconds and then be flabbergasted that her sibling are n't totally on board. And one bonus- although both of you work and one of you has enough savings to start his own business, you somehow ca n't afford to move into your own apartment that you pay for ( Lori 's father owns the building she lives in with Linc).

Old worn out themes of women manipulating men by sex, pregnancy, babies, temper tantrums, lies and childish behavior.

Cole learns that lying is not the ay to build trust.

Long-standing characters like Corrie, Peggy, Olivia and Grace bring the reader up to date with events and people as they chat.

Her ovels always leave the eader wanting more, and fans will look forward to finding out what happens to the Cedar Cove residents in the last installment, 1105 Yakima Street.
